Below is a sample image of our Cart Tracker along with a "how to" for filling out the tracking form.

 
Pretty straightforward, provides all the information to allow stores/businesses to recover their carts. Advanced features are explained in
the 'Admin' index (ex: search).

Index button brings you to this page. Below is what to expect when you press the 'Add Record' button:
Observed Time - most of it is already filled in for you, just fill in the approximate hour it was seen (unless it was observed on a different
day). We use a 24 hour clock, which means if the time is in the PM (afternoon) just add 12 to the current time (if 3:00pm 3+12 = 15:00
hours). Filling in minutes is optional, however not necessary. If you do, increments of 15 minutes is best (ex: 3:00, 3:15, 3:30, or 3:45).
Please DO NOT fill in seconds.

Reported Time - The system fills this in and is not editable. This allows us to identify the age of a record, and manage the records.

Cart Type - If at all possible please choose what store or business the cart belongs to, doing this will expedite the collection of the cart.
Different businesses have there own process for recovering their carts and will not collect carts that are not theirs.

Location Found - Address that the cart is near/next to, Intersection, building name, or landmark where the cart can be found. Please
keep this short, use 'Further Details' if you need to elaborate on how to find the cart.

Further Details - Any extra information that will aid in locating and recovering the cart.

Password - This can be anything you want it to be (8 characters max) and allows you to return to this record to correct/change/update
the record (ex: the cart was at one location, now moved down the street). Please use something you can remember, however not
something to obvious (don't want others messing with your report). Select the 'details' icon to review the record and access the edit
button.
